Welcome to the Audi connect services for your Q5

In the Q5, numerous connect services are available. With the optional emergency call & service package including vehicle control, you can also use the breakdown assistance and the damage service, with the package navigation and infotainment, e.g., a wireless hotspot and online traffic information.

Where was the car parked? The Audi connect park position service, part of the emergency call & service package including vehicle control, helps with finding the car. To use this, the driver has to register himself and his Q5 on myAudi. The Audi MMI connect app notifies him of the parking position and the fastest way to reach it.

    This is how to login to myAudi

    myAudi is the "mobile control centre" for Audi connect. In order to be able to individually select and control connect services, you must register, verify your registration of Audi, and connect your Audi vehicles. The access to myAudi is password-protected and can be accessed through the MMI in your Audi with a four-digit PIN.

    myAudi App

    The myAudi mobile assistant app, the practical aid for the road, offers personalised services and Audi connect services for Audi drivers. Traffic information and vehicle status report are just some of the useful features. Connect services can be controlled on your PC or via the myAudi app for smartphones. Users can set up and access services and features through a password-protected area. The app is available for iPhone and Android.

    MMI connect App

    With the MMI connect app, connect services can be used via a smartphone and vehicle functions can be controlled. Depending on the model and equipment, the use of Webradio and Napster is possible, for example, via wireless hotspot, and it is possible to save the travel destination in advance via myAudi. With the vehicle control, the doors can be unlocked, among other things, and charging status can be checked for e-tron models. To use these and other Audi connect services, you must register at www.myaudi.com.

The specified fuel consumption and emission data have been determind according to the measurement procedures prescribed by law. Since 1st September 2017, certain new vehicles are already being type-approved according to the Worldwide Harmonized Light Vehicles Test Procedure (WLTP), a more realistic test procedure for measuring fuel consumption and CO2 emissions. Starting on September 1st 2018, the New European Driving Cycle (NEDC) will be replaced by the WLTP in stages. Owing to the more realistic test conditions, the fuel consumption and CO2 emissions measured according to the WLTP will, in many cases, be higher than those measured according to the NEDC. Therefore, the usage of CO2 emission values measured according to WLTP for vehicle taxation from 1st September 2018 on can cause changes in this regard as well. We are currently still required by law to state the NEDC figures. In the case of new vehicles which have been type-approved according to the WLTP, the NEDC figures are derived from the WLTP data. It is possible to specify the WLTP figures voluntarily in addition until such times as this is required by law. In cases where the NEDC figures are specified as value ranges, these do not refer to a particular individual vehicle and do not constitute part of the sales offering. They are intended exclusively as a means of comparison between different vehicle types. Additional equipment and accessories (e.g. add-on parts, different tyre formats, etc.) may change the relevant vehicle parameters, such as weight, rolling resistance and aerodynamics, and, in conjunction with weather and traffic conditions and individual driving style, may affect fuel consumption, electrical power consumption, CO2 emissions and the performance figures for the vehicle.
